This is a GSh-2 neon tube from the USSR, it’s an old piece of radar equipment. This hot cathode tube hasn’t been turned on since 1970There’s a fluctuating voltage on the anode side caused by thermionic emission, and ionization events. Come see the fluctuations turned into truly random numbers dictated by plasma chaos.
